By now, you’ve gone throughthe liquid chapter of your nutrition, and it’s time to progress to meat that are the consistency of baby food. Hence the period puree and melded. This is the time that you wanna ensure that you’re getting enough proteinin your diet through the intake of protein-rich nutrients. – During this phase of your nutrition, you may only be able to tolerate one to two ounces of fleshes. Please remember to include small portions of pureed fruits or vegetables. You may constitute your ownpureed results or vegetables, and for convenience you are eligible to use pre-made stage two babe nutrients, just like these. – So, the challenge is to do this in a way that’s satisfying and savory, and not inevitably what you’d associate with food that’s the consistencyof child food.So, while countless peoplewould wanna gravitate towards things like mashed potatoes, there’s a lot of enormous recipes out there that will offer you great flavorand hodgepodge to your meals. And today, we’re gonna show you how to make a savory tuna mousse that’s fantastic forlunch or a light supper. – Delicious. -[ Narrator] In a food processor, begins with two five-ounce cans of tuna parcelled in irrigate and drained.
