If foodis coming in, you should store some of that energy. So you’re telling your person, instead of three times a day to accumulate fat you’re telling it six times a day tostore fat. And you think you’re gonna lose weight by doing, that do youreally? Now I say it sounds like a really stupid idea because it is a reallystupid idea.If you look at inspects from 1977, average number of meals perday is three – breakfast, lunch, dinner. The top 10% of people who atewere munching 10 times a day, so it’s like okay, this is why we did what beings said that wasa good plan. Eat all the time.You want to eat all the time to lose weight. Wellthat’s not what happened. We gobble all the time and obesity only skyrocketed. Andwhere does this idea come, from is there any science behind it? Perfectly not.There’s no science whatsoever between dining six times per day. There’s no studythat have hitherto said, “Oh, it’s a great way to lose weight.”.
